Cedars Village Market

Cedars Village Market is a multi-concept destination in Dallas’s Cedars district, combining full-service fueling, Ollie’s Kitchen, The Village Cafe, and The Village Market. Served as the property’s primary creative consultant, supporting brand identity, digital platforms, environmental design, and paid media.

Website & Google Business

Built and maintained the WordPress website, including menu updates, live hours, and integration with the Menufy online ordering system. Managed the Google Business profile by updating information, organizing visuals, and responding to customer reviews and inquiries.

Social Media

Launched and managed social media accounts across different platforms to build awareness and engage the local community. Handled day-to-day posting, audience interaction, and supported paid Meta ad campaigns to drive in-store visits.

Logos & Menu Design

Designed logos for Ollie’s Kitchen and The Village Cafe, and created menus across print and digital formats, including trifold layouts, single-page prints, and multi-screen digital displays. Logos were used across merchandise such as t-shirts, stickers, and the store’s coffee brand. Menus were updated regularly to reflect new offerings.

Gas Pump Ads

Designed promotional content for 27-inch Wayne/Dover Anthem fuel pump screens using the DX Promote platform. Created both branded content and time-sensitive offers to encourage customers to visit the kitchen and store.

Print Design & Signage

Designed in-store signage including banners, aisle markers, department signs, and promotional displays. Created large-format visuals that helped define the look and feel of the retail space.

Barcode Labels

Set up a barcode labeling system for store operations, including selecting the Zebra ZD421D printer and BarTender software, designing label templates, and training staff on product data import and use. BarTender converts UPC data into printable barcodes.

Cityscape Communities

Cityscape Communities includes Cityscape Park Apartments, Cityscape Star Apartments, Cedars Court Townhomes, and The Skylark, managed by GTT Management in the Dallas Cedars district. Worked as a creative consultant across branding, digital platforms, advertising, and environmental design for all four properties.

Website, Google Business, Realpage

Designed and maintained a multi-property website with individual pages for each location. Integrated RealPage for real-time leasing, floor plans, and pricing updates. Managed Google Business profiles and supported Google Ads campaigns to generate leasing leads.

Marketing Emails

Used EmailOctopus to develop and send weekly email campaigns focused on re-engaging prospective residents and driving leasing interest.

Social Media

Launched and managed Instagram and Facebook accounts for the properties, maintaining consistent posting and responding to prospective resident inquiries. Ran paid Meta ad campaigns to increase leasing interest and visibility.

Logos

Created individual logos for Cityscape Communities, Cityscape Star Apartments, Cedars Court Townhomes, and The Skylark, each designed to reflect the unique identity and character of its property.

Print Design

Designed leasing materials including business cards, flyers, and floor plan sheets. Focused on clear communication of property features and consistent branding across all materials.

Building Signage

Designed and mocked up building signage for Cityscape Star and The Skylark, both interior and exterior signage including the stylized main building signs, unit direction signs, stairwell and elevator signage (Dallas Fire Code compliant), garage signage, and additional facility markers.

THE RUSTON

The Ruston is a mixed-use luxury development in Dallas’s Cedars district featuring condominiums, penthouses, and retail spaces. Responsible for establishing and executing the property’s visual signage system.

Logo & directory

Designed a logo that reflects the building’s elegant, high-end identity, along with a digital building directory for tenant and visitor use.

Building Signage

Designed and mocked up exterior building signage for The Ruston, along with interior signage including unit directions, suite numbers, and facility identifiers.

Other Projects

Cedars Salon Suites

Planned as a retail companion space for The Ruston, this project was cancelled before launch. Created the logo, developed the website, designed advertising, and created Facebook and Instagram social media pages and Meta and Google Ads accounts.
